The Wesley Congregation gathers for worship every Sunday, in two different styles:

Contemporary Family Worship at 9.00 am

Our first service has an informal, family oriented feel. We use songs and choruses led by the piano and guitar (as well as violin, bass recorder, and more…) Members of the congregation are always involved in assisting to lead worship. There is a special children's program each week, and at least once a term the whole service in planned around children's involvement.

Traditional Family Worship at 10.30 am

In our second service we draw on the rich heritage and resources of the Church in worship. Our renowned Wesley Choir and the magnificent Wesley organ lead our singing of hymns and songs. Our prayers and preaching are focused on the international lectionary readings for the week. We have time with the children in worship before they leave for Sunday Club. A special feature of this service are our talented Wesley Music Scholars, students studying at the ANU School of Music who are also supported by the congregation. The audio stream from this service is available on the internet at www.tinyurl.com/wesleycanberra. Order of Service here.  Sermons available via our Parish Office.

Worship at St Aidan's

The liturgy and hymns at our St Aidan's 9:00am service are traditional: orderly and yet creative. The congregation is warm and the fellowship is caring and deep. Everyone joins for a cuppa after the service.
